What you share

The form collects your name, email, phone number, current business stage, the help you want and your readiness for paid mentorship. Contact details and your stage are saved when you continue past the contact step, even if you do not finish the application. The remaining answers are saved when you send the application.

How it is used

Zack’s team uses these details to review your application and contact you about mentorship or an appropriate starting point. The application is stored in the team’s Scailing CRM using Supabase. Vercel hosts this website. Existing sales records may be linked by your email so the team does not create duplicate contacts.

Your browser and service logs

Your answers and a random application identifier are kept in your browser’s session storage to preserve progress in this tab. The form stops reusing that saved progress after 24 hours. Hosting providers may process standard request information. The application service uses a one-way, daily-changing hash of the network address for rate limiting; it does not store the raw address in the application tables.

Questions and requests

To ask about your application, request a correction or deletion, or ask the team to stop contacting you, reply to the team’s follow-up or contact Zack’s business Instagram. Include only enough information for the team to identify your request.

Links to a calendar, the starter kit, community or social platforms open services with their own privacy practices. Submitting this application does not enroll you in a program or take a payment.
